Things move quickly in IMPACT Wrestling and Championship Matches can happen in a flash. Athletes can show up and make an immediate difference and that happened last Thursday night when Faby Apache competed against Alisha Edwards. Faby secured the win and immediately challenged Tessa Blanchard to a match on IMPACT. IMPACT Officials acted quickly, sensing this would be a great match, and we have a Knockouts Championship Match set for Thursday night.
Faby Apache is a 3x Reina De Reinas Champion in AAA, she also currently holds the title. Can Faby become a double Champion Thursday night? Don’t call it an upset if she does. Tessa Blanchard has been nearly unstoppable, she hasn’t been perfect, however. Madison Rayne found two different ways to defeat Tessa on IMPACT and if Faby watches those matches on film she might find a way to do the same.
Tessa has talked about those matches and she quickly shut down any rumors about anything negative in her game, telling IMPACTWrestling.Com, “I am the best. I am the Champion. I am undeniable and anything that has happened in the past has made me stronger today, I will not be beat, I can’t be beaten.”
